I'm an sc from Uttarakhand will I be able to avail my criteria if I want to join college like Nsit or dtu?

I belong to Uttarakhand and I have a sc Certificate approved from the district authority of Uttarakhand but I have done my 10th board,11th and 12th board from Delhi so will I be able to available the home state as well as the cast criteria if I join Nsit or Dtu?

    Yes, SC quota is applicable everywhere.
