Well to be honest an MBA in Mass Comm is a rarity as most of the reputed institutes offer a PG. Some of the premier institutes for PG are MICA, IIMC, XIC, SIMC, JAMIA etc. For the list of more institutes, refer to the below link

As your are interested Mass Communication(MassComm) course you will be taught all the aspects of marketing so that you can decide your field of interest (advertising, PR, Media Planning,etc)...also u should go to places where practical exposure is given more importance than theoretical knowledge...
