Sports manager and multimedia is a different field. For sports, you can do some Diploma courses in cricket. Also, there is some standard degree like: BPed or CPed.

Hi You can pursue sports management degree to do that after your 12th. Multimedia is altogether different from sports so choose whatever suits you best.
