I m anjali singh, just now i gave 12th xam. i want to do mass communication but my parents want that i have to do mass comm then i don't have to go too much far from saharanpur(my hometown). they means that i can go to chandigah, punjab,haryana, shimla.....etc so, please tell me which university is best for me to do mass comm in these areas?
