If you are science student, then converting to arts stream is not advisable. For IAS, syllabus is graduation (honors) level. It means higher than normal graduation subjects in arts and commerce stream but for B.Tech. & MBBS candidates it is graduation level. Accordingly, you can not prepare for IAS
