I m Apurv,my dad wants to do B.E(Mech)from IIPTS.he wants a degree so that he can apply for teaching jobs,is IIPTS rite place else options

My dad has retired from a semi - govt job , with rich experience in mining .His educational qualification is Diploma, Now he wishes to complete his B.E , so that he can apply to teaching jobs where B.E is required.kindly suggest a place where he can complete his engg in mech from distance learning
