    Ashish, I think that you want to know that how many times a candidate is allowed to sit in UPSC exam. If this is the question then the answer is four times for general category students and a upper age limit orf 30 years. Incase you are wanting to know the minimum percentage marks for applying to UPSC then I think it is minimum graduation with 50% marks.
