I'm Ashwin in the final year in B.E. I have 6.83 cgpa which is equivalent to 65%. Am I eligible to apply in all German Universities?
I have score of 7 in Ielts. I haven't given GRE. Please let me know if you have the names of universities for me with such criteria in Mechanical field and their deadlines,too. I want to start the further processes as soon as possible so please help me with that.
