I m at 1st year b.e. under vtu board and want to dropout and choose some other course,is it posible? and will they return my puc certificate

It is mandatory for all colleges to return original certificates of the students, after the documents have been verified, so there will not be any issue of return of your certificate, once you give them in writing that you want to quit. In case they do not, then file an official complaint with the U
