I m Avinash. with 75marks in jee mains, OBC.and 66.4% in 12th CBSE from U.P.what colleges could I get for doing civil engg, govt college

I am looking for low fees college, govt collg wud be better,having good placement in civil engg. If integrated M.Tech,M.BA. pl help me out. which colleges could i possibly get after ccb counceling.Any NIT. in places other than south India or J&K. West bengal even.
