i m b.com (eng. med.) fr. south guj. uni.with 6 papers of eng and also done m.a in engii as well as add.b.ed fr raj.uni.can i 2nd gr eng tr

i have 6 papers of eng in b.com whereas b.com from raj.uni.has only one paper of english.also b.a.eng has 6 papers of eng. south guj uni offers ony 1 paper of eng. to sci. & arts stu whereas 6 papers to com student. so can i be considered eligible for rpsc 2nd gradeteacher post?
