I'm B.Com grad. and worked with a BPO for 5yrs. Have no Technical background. Now i want to pursue career in VoIP tech. How to start??

I've done B.Com from delhi. Worked in BPO for 5yrs. Now working in IT support as Video Conference Meeting Coordinator. I have no technical knowledge or education. But it interests me. I want to start with VoIP. What are the basic courses and contents should i start with?

    For VoIP ie Voice over IP you must get a CCNA or CCNP certification and enhance your communication & command over English language.
