Code 4 is the code for you, it is done after passing the examination with Biology Chemistry and Physics in your case you are pursuing for Bachelors in pharmacy so you have to opt for code 4 while filling the registration form of NEET. I hope this might help you. -
You should select the eligibility code 4 during the NEET application process. Eligibility code 4 is for candidates who have completed their 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics Chemistry Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects and are currently enrolled in the first year of a Bachelor's degree programme in Science. Since you are in the first year of B. Pharmacy, you fall under this category.
