I'm b pharmacy graduate 2006-2012 batch as I've failed 2 years is it possible to study abroad with 65.7% of graduation aggregate age 27+

Dob-18 09 1985 lost three years in 12th 2006 batch completed in nov 2012 aggregate 65.7% age 27+ I've 3 months experience in medical representative job please also suggest best options in abroad and india also
