I m B.tech graduate from IT department,opting for which course in US would give better employment chances over there?

I m 2012 passed out graduate,with 7.9 CGPA. Currently working in Manual Testing field for about 2 years. I m waiting for my GRE,IELTS results.(Expectation GRE marks:around 300). Which would be a better higher studies option in US, in better salary and employment perspective.
