i m b.tech in electrical engineering with 2nd division. pls give me the better information to get government jobs in ssc or other...

i got 1st division in 10 & 12th, but in b.tech i got 2nd division. pls inform me the exams by which i can get selected in government jobs.. like ssc, electrical eng., or any other government sector.
