I m B.Tech (Mech) from NIT JSR with 4+ yr IT exp. Can I be eligible for teaching in an Engg College after completing MS(SS) from BITS Pilani

I am interested in teaching in an engg college. Though I have B.Tech in Mechanical from NIT Jamshedpur, my all 4+ yr exp is in MNC IT companies. If I go for MS in Software Systems frm BITS Pilani parrelel to my current job, can this MS degree + my 6 years IT Exp make me eligible for teacher's role

Yes, you would easily get Asst. Professor post at around Rs.40,000/- salary in any engineering college. In any case, work experience is not mandatory for teaching job.Only thing, it will get you higher start.
