I m BA English Honours, MA - English, B.Ed, N.T.T, CTET.. I have 8 yrs of teaching experience, wat else can i do to upgrade my qualification
I am an Academic Manager, want to upgrade my qualfications. Preferable an IB course or something. Please guide which course is best for me.

You have an impressive amount of academic qualification with high standards to adorn your profile. As you have mentioned you have done your Masters degree as well. I would advice you that you pursue the course of Doctorate in Literature (D.litt) this a doctorate degree which is designed

I think, you may go with MBA in HR specialization from a good B-school preferably in full-time else part-time. Best wishes......
