I'm BA LLB with17yrs experience in IAF as Clerk in HR Mgmt. Is it better to do industrial relationship course or MBA to get a job in civil
presently I'm paid Rs. 600000/- p.a. by IAF.
Age - 35 yrs.
I'll be completing LLB in this academic year
I want to do jobs in civil as :- HR Manager; Legal Advisor; Security consultant; IR manager or any other job suitable to my education or previous experiences.

Doing MBA with specialization in HR is better option as per your HR profile in IAF. MBA degree will give you an additional advantage in civil
