I m ba(psychology, pub ad, insurance), have 3+ yrs exp. now m marketing manager. i want to do mba which stream should i choose?

12th in commerce with 57%. ba(psychology, pub ad, insurance) with 52% joined an it co. and 3.6 yrs exp there as a sales officer and now i have changed the job in an it co. only in panchkula as marketing manager-domestic. which stream should i chose to boost my career.
