A BCA student must do MCA as this make you equivalent to B Tech CS Many job opportunities you will get after finishing MCA

BCA student can do MBA as you will not have many good offers after BCA Doing MCA is the best choice for BCA students

Choosing M.C.A is good for u but try to do M.C.A in Engineering Colleges as this will make you to have an indept knowledge like an Engg students and also there is chance of campus placements in many big companies!!!!!!!!!

you can go for masters(MCA) in same field as it will open more job opportunities for you either you can go for MBA. all the very best!!
