Hi Jaydeep, you may not get a MCA but MSC IT/CS abroad. The best ones are again the local national Universities like : National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore Management University. Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Pass
