i m BE student final yr EC.i wanna know wat short term courses r better for me now to help in getting job after i complete my course

actually one paper of my 6th sem is pending my degree so its now going to b six months extra so what short term courses i must do in the mean time so that i can get a good job after completion & how much this extra time will effect my degree??
