I'm BE with PGDM graduate, Please suggest which sector to choose to find a job(career), or should i take up a job where there is openings.

A few tips from my side 1. Choice of career steam should be based on ones interests and skills. Finance domain is good for people having sound quantitative and analytical skills. Marketing people need to have an innovative mindset with sound negotiation skills. HR is best for those who have good people management skills and carry a good understanding of human and industrial psychology. Operations is meant for people with sound numerical and logical skills (meant to carry out project management etc.) 2. Dont take money as primary consideration. If you are interested in a domain, you might earn lesser in initial years but may reach higher and respectable levels by gaining expertise and knowledge. 3. With Engineering background, Operations/Project Management would be the best fit.
