I m BSc,76 MBA 86 from India. Greencard holder of USA. Need guidance to build good carrer in USA. Pl advise.
I got greencard recently. Have worked in Banking since 1977 to 94 in India and thereafter in Africa in Finance Dept of various companies. I wish to have US eductaion to further my chances for good employment to settle down there. I am BSC (1976 78%) and MBA (Part Time1983-86) from Guj Univ.Pl advise

Hi,
You profile is very good, so the best course for you would be to pursue MBA.
In order to pursue MBA form universities in US, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
2-3 years of full time work experie

Since you have an MBA at hand you need to build on your skills. There may be some certification courses available , just try visiting www.shrm.org or www.hrci.org or so for HR certifications and see whether it interests you. See also whether there are research opportunities in Management in US.
