YES YOU CAN DO tOFEL OR iELTS -
Hi,
As the medium of education in foreign universities is English, so all the international students whose first or native language is not English have to take TOEFL or IELTS test to prove their English language proficiency.
So, if you wish to pursue education abroad, in that case you have take either TOEFL or IELTS test to prove your English language proficiency.

Ideally to crack a good job, I would suggest you to pick masters degree or some short term courses such as-
1. Telecommunications
2. SAP ABAP Programming
3. Advanced network administration
4. Wireless communications
Also you may consider:-
**Computer Technology Industry Association (CompTIA)
**Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCP and MCDST)
**Electronics Technician's Association-International (ETA-I)
**Certified Electronics Technician-Associate Level (CETa)
As for T.O.E.F.L and I.E.L.T.S, these are English proficiency tests which are required for you to study abroad.
