    Hello Aarthi,
    Yes, you are eligible for NET exam. The SET and NET exams are held for the selection of candidates for lectureship and junior research fellowship. The difference between the NET and SET is that SET is eligible for state level universities hence called state eligibility test while NET qualified candidates are eligible for National level universities or colleges and stands for National eligibility test. To appear for NET exam, you must have post graduation degree. As you have cleared SET exam, you are eligible to apply for assistant professor posts in the state level institutes, universities.
