No, you are not eligible to pursue an Integrated M.Tech course at VIT Vellore if you have completed your 12th from NIOS. The eligibility criteria clearly states that candidates who have studied in Regular, Full time and Formal Education are alone eligible to apply for the Integrated M.Tech programme
