Dear adbul,cracking ias is no doubt tough but not impossible.start with reading news papers,read CSR magazines.see the syllabus and start preparing because every single will matter here.

For becoming an IAS officer, you should be graduate. Once you are done with your graduation, you can apply for UPSC exams. Start preparing for it at home, but I would suggest you to take proper guidance and coaching as it has a vast syllabus. Go through the syllabus once, it is available on Internet
