i m completing my diploma in mechatronics this year, futher i m willing to pursue cirtification course in embeded robotics,

Is there any other optional course which i can do , i m more likely to do manual work,so tell me such courses which are relate same

Embedded systems and Robotics are two different technology path and can be pursued by mechanical, electronics and computer science engineers. Both are part of curriculum in B.Tech/M.Tech. Doing a certification course in any of them or both of them will not change your status and you will be destined

Mechatronics is good branch. Job scope is less in India, but it has better job scope abroad. If you wish you can change to Mechanical or Electronics at Bachelor Level. Mech is doing well in India and abroad.
