I'm confused about doing a PG Diploma or MBA in Canada for a better & faster job seeking, which would be better? I have completed B.Com.

Hi Kiran, MBA is suggested, but I doubt without work experience and with three years Bachelor's degree, if you will be eligible in Canada. There are some universities for fresher's, but you have to be very careful with their recognition and career support. PG Diploma suits you, but in the long run
