Hi Sweat, English is better - as you will get more scopes all over India and abroad. Hindi is restricted to very few cities and mediums. As I am not sure from which state you belong. Colleges of DU / Jamia Milia Islamia in Delhi is very good for Journalism Mass Communication. Mumbai Universisiity is
