i'm confused whether to select mba (hospital administration) from sikkim manipal or pg diploma hospital administration from apollo

apollo hospital and medvarsity is providing 1year pg diploma with 2weeks contact program in one of their hospitals whereas there is nothing as such in sikkim manipal university.so what do you suggest
