I'm confused which to pursue-a PHP programming career or pursue diploma course in civil engineering from Institute of Civil Engineers,Delhi?

I'm 34 ys & B.Sc.grad,4 ys exp in pharma sales.I left it last yr due to various reasons & dont want to get back to any kind of sales again.I recently did my MBA(mktg) from SMU.Also done a PHP web Dev. course from DOEACC .Sal in PHP is so low but Dip will raise my age.Pls tell me PHP or Dip. Civil?

Dear youn man your A B.Sc gradute.Now working in related field.It is good please contuine in there.There is one sujestion please improve your qulificqtion & knowladge.It is give energy to your working field good.Best f luck.
