I'm confused with the courses and colleges and don't have any idea to take a good course, can anyone help?

First of all, prepare a list of courses available in your field. Then, explore what you learn in that course. Then select the course you feel you are interested. Then find the colleges that provides that courses. I hope this helps you to overcome your confusion. All the best for your future.
