I'm currently in 12th and have commerce stream without mathematics. Can you suggest some suitable courses and colleges?

I am not expecting to score more than 75%.. .

You can select B.Com, BBA, BMS, BAF, BBI, BM, you can apply for these courses without Maths.

All the non-market stats requiring, hospitality, law and sales accountancy streams or courses are available. Maths give you, but a comparatively wider arena. But, this too give you B.Com, BBA, MBA in here. Still, do your research, and then out of the rest subjects, choose the one you prefer more.

B.Com, BBA Law, BMS accountancy programme computer secretary, Bachelor of foreign trade, BHM and other hotel management programs are the options without mathematics.

The courses which you can pursue after class 12th is B.Com from DU, BHU are best colleges.
