You need to clear CA exams to give CPA papers, or you need a graduation or equivalent degree to give that exam. The process of giving CPA exam is almost same in all countries, to become a CPA the candidate must first pass the eligibility criteria, and myst pass 1 and 2 levels examination. You can't
