I'm currently into user access mgmt, I'll be moving to Canada under the spouse visa pls suggest the right course to get a job in Canada

I've browsed through several Canadian job sits but I cannot find a similar job. I've done my Masters in Computer Applications(10 years ago) but I've never worked in the programming field. Please let me know the right course I could do here in India that would enable me to get a job in Canada
