Hi I am Agrima and I would like to know if working in a core company, in India for a period can improve my chances of getting a better college for my MTech as my percentage is low. What do colleges look for in prospective candidates, other than GRE/IELTs scores

HI Agrima, for technical courses work ex is not mandatory. But if you have some then it will only be helpful for you. If you have missed the deadlines for application then it is always advisable that you work instead of sitting idle.

It is always advisable to continue your education. Work experience in the relevant field certainly helps but biggest hurdle is to keep the motivational level high.
