If the university accepts your proposal you will be asked to send in your documents after which you will get the offer letter. Then meeting all the requirements you can begin with the visa process. To approach a University you must contact the dean or the professor at the University. However application procedure might vary from institute to institute and thus I would suggest you to visit the university website to get the exact details. Education in Germany is government funded so there is a possibility that your complete research might can sponsored or you might have to give a minimal fee of 140-500 euros. To get details regarding scholarship, I would request you to get in touch with DAAD. DAAD is officially authorized to provide information about education in Germany. They have offices in major cities in India. Also, If possible go for a German language course. It may not be mandatory for you to learn the language for the course but will help you to find a part time job. A student in Germany can work 120 full days or 240 half days. Hope this helps. Thanks All The Best!
