I'm currently pursuing M.Com from MDU DDE & am in starting phase of 2nd year. Along with that, I want to pursue MBA regular course.
Can you please tell me if it is possible or not to pursue 2 courses at the same time: one from distance and another regularly?

I will suggest you to focus on one thing only, as management course something for which only knowledge is not sufficient you must have practical knowledge and work experience along with it.
