I'm currently pursuing my B.Sc in hotel management and want to do Masters in culinary arts, can you suggest some colleges and courses?

In India, its there at CAI Hyderabad or WGSHA Manipal. Try to apply at both places you may get an opportunity. Otherwise, you have to go abroad to US or UK for better options.
