I'm currently studying BE CSE and I need to get into MIT USA after completing BE. What should I choose freshman app or transfer app?
Can I choose Bachelors degree again?

Why do you want to do Bachelors again? Why don't you go for Masters? If you are planning to go to a college in the US (MIT or any other), then go for Masters only. Don't waste 4 precious years of your life just for a brand name in your resume. There is absolutely no point in trying to go for Bachelo
