I'm currently studying in 11th grade in Bangalore & want to do BE in computer science in USA. How can I apply for it?

You can apply for the it your 12th standard. You will need following things
1) You have to take SAT and TOEFL exam.
2) Highschool transcript
3) Recommendation letter from counselor and teachers
4) Extracurricular activities.
