I'm currently studying in 12th, can I appear for merchant navy exam which will be conducted this year in June?

Hello,
Here is the eligibility criteria:
The eligibility for joining merchant navy is finishing class 12th with physics, chemistry and mathematics. Candidates have to be unmarried Indian citizens (male or female). Normal vision is required but glasses up to plus or minus 2.5 may be allowed.
Physical Requirements:-
1. Eye Sight = 6/6
2. Height = 167 cms
3. Weight = 50 Kg
4. Chest = 77 cm (Normal) / 82 cm (Expanding)
