I'm currently tybms graduate what should I pursue further? Can I go for PGDM or M.Com for short term course and then pursue for MBA?

Pursuing MBA from a reputed b school would be best. Also distance MBA from Symbosis, IGNOU, NMIMS, KUK, Pondicherry, Anamali along with job could be a good option. Short term courses in digital marketing, CFA etc. Could be another good option.
