I'm currently working in an IT firm but have a sort of interest in fashion designing. So, I want to do Diploma course, how can I do that?

Why don't you try for IIFT entrance tests. That will give you an idea of where you stand in fashion design, and if you score well, you may well get an opportunity to be in the best course in your favorite area.
