I'm currently working in HCL as an analyst & my aim is to become an HR. Can I achieve my goal if I do MBA via distance?

I have completed my B.Sc in CS & am working with HCL.

    Yes you can. As there are various courses offers by colleges for the persons who are doing jobs. Like in our college there is the course called executive MBA program in university of pune(pumba). They need to attend the classes at night 7 pm onwards and its 3 year course. But make sure as you want to be HR you have to do the MBA in HR from the top colleges only.
