i m damn confused between GATE exam and IELTS/GRE/TOEFL.what will be better for me, studying abroad or just be in india.i add, will u pls make me knwn about the king fahd university of dammam.is it a good one for my field, and do they provide scholarships.all the expenses and stuff like that.
