I m doin BCA , i ll complete my BCA degree in another year! i m interested in doin ms in us!m i eligible fo MS in US?

I have browsed few websites, according to US education , few universities require 16 years of education, while i hav 15 years ! so are they any good universities wich accept 15 years of education.? or r there any one year additionsl course ,to complete my 16 years.! plz help me thank you
